Alicia is a first-year Master’s student in Public Administration with a concentration in Gender, Leadership, and Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s and Gender Studies, with a concentration in Politics, Justice, and Policy, as well as an Associate degree in Health and Life Sciences. Alicia joins the Women’s Fund SouthCoast as a Research Fellow, where she will focus on the SEED initiative and SouthCoast Voices. Alicia is passionate about advancing women’s autonomy and economic freedom. She is inspired by the transformative work of the Women’s Fund and is honored to contribute to its mission. Outside of her studies, Alicia serves as Strategy Manager of Employee Wellness at Bristol Community College. She enjoys reading, dining out, car rides with her daughter, and spending time at the beach.
