This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial systems, and excited to support a mission-driven nonprofit.

The Coordinator will support bookkeeping and financial management, grant and donor administration, audit preparation, office operations, organizational systems, board support, and other administrative functions that help our team and programs run effectively.

Location: New Bedford, MA
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility
Compensation: $24–$27 per hour
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and at least three years of relevant bookkeeping, finance, and administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks or similar accounting software is also preferred.
